• On the surface, selling a home sounds simple I.e. set a price, run an ad, cash a check. The reality is far more complicated and I would have gone nuts without the guidance from Steve and his staff. Steve knew the value of the property, so set the price at high end of market. When appraiser said price was too high, Steve produced comps and discussed with appraiser, helping appraiser change his mind. Also, when inspector came, his list of repairs could have rebuilt the home. Steve again worked major compromises to keep repairs logical. Not only that, Steve has work crews to handle roofing, plumbing, electric, and clean up. Bottom line: I got asking price, kept my sanity, and buyer got a great property
