For more than 30 years, ProStar Realty has built its business around personal relationships, honest communication, and experienced guidance. Many of our agents are Arizona natives or longtime residents who have watched the Valley grow and have worked through dramatically different real estate markets. Our History

ProStar Realty was founded in Phoenix in 1992 by Phil Anderson and has been serving Arizona buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals for more than three decades.

In 2003, longtime Arizona real estate broker Steve McKamey became part owner of ProStar Realty, and in 2008 became the company's sole owner and Designated Broker.

Today, ProStar remains an independent, locally owned Arizona brokerage. Many members of our team have worked alongside one another for decades, creating a depth of experience, mentorship, and personal connection that continues to shape our company today.

While Arizona real estate has changed dramatically since 1992, the foundation of ProStar has remained the same: experienced people, personal relationships, and a commitment to being there when our clients and agents need us.
