Steve McKamey founded ProStar Realty on the belief that agents deserve real support, honest leadership, and the freedom to build a business that's truly their own. More than 30 years later, those values continue to guide everything we do.
With over 35 years of Arizona real estate experience, Steve's expertise spans residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, relocation, and property management—giving ProStar agents experienced guidance across nearly every type of transaction.
Steve believes great broker support isn't about policies—it's about being available when agents need help. At ProStar Realty, you'll have direct access to experienced leadership and a broker who genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Jessica Musbach
Associate Broker | Office Manager
For many ProStar agents, Jessica is one of the first people they turn to when they need help—and one of the biggest reasons they feel supported every day.
Jessica joined ProStar Realty in 2003, beginning at the front desk before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2007. She later earned her Arizona Broker's License and now serves as Associate Broker and Office Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience with the brokerage.
Working alongside Steve and Ray, Jessica provides day-to-day support that helps agents stay organized, compliant, and focused on serving their clients. From transaction guidance and contract review to marketing, technology, compliance, and office resources, she's committed to making sure agents always have someone they can rely on.

Ray Dawson
Associate Broker | Sales Manager

Since joining ProStar Realty in 2009, Ray Dawson has served as Sales Manager and Associate Broker, helping agents build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow successful careers. With more than 25 years of real estate industry experience, he brings practical knowledge and real-world guidance to every stage of an agent's career.
Ray leads our weekly training sessions, provides one-on-one transaction support, and is always available to help agents navigate challenging situations. His philosophy is simple: no agent should have to figure it out alone.
