Role Description

This is a full-time sales role for a Real Estate Agent at Prostar Realty located in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for schedules and . The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, as well as facilitating the purchase and sale of homes and/or commercial properties, land or businesses. Training is available for any of these categories. The Real Estate Agent will also act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions, and will stay up-to-date with current market trends and conditions, with company support.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in the state of Arizona
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Understanding of market trends and conditions
• Ability to use real estate software and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or two years sales experience preferred but not required
